Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the United States of America where the product(s) is(are) appropriate or available for use. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped. NOTE: Products can only be shipped to states where they are appropriate or available for use.
Our preferred shipping carrier is USPS. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers. Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. All items must be shipped to a valid street address. Orders are typically delivered within 5 – 8 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary. Delivery to some remote addresses may require up to 2 additional days.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. All subscription related purchases over 30 days are non-refundable. If you cancel after your items are shipped and wish to return them within 30 days, please follow the steps above for returning an item. If you are keeping less items than required for the minimum purchase quantity pricing discount: if your refund or exchange is approved in accordance with the above return policy, we will exchange your full original order at the minimum purchase quantity pricing discount price you paid and then re-sell you the items you are keeping at the current purchase price. If the amount of the items you are keeping, at the current price, is less than the amount your original purchase price for the items you will be credited with the difference in accordance with the above return policy. If the amount of the items you are keeping, at the current price, is greater than the amount of your original purchase price, for the items, your payment method will be charged for the difference plus applicable taxes.
