DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Product is ready to use and does not need to be diluted. Shake well prior to use. Always ensure sprayer nozzle tightly closed in the off position prior to shaking.

Direct Deterrent & Repellent Use: To repel and treat Bufo Toads, snakes, iguanas, and other small reptiles, or amphibians that pose an immediate threat to you or your pet (nuisance animal). How to Apply: 1) Spray directly on the nuisance animal, directing stream towards the face/head area. For Bufo Toads: focus application on parotid gland area (large wart-like formations on the upper neck, behind eyes).  Continue to apply 2 to 6 sprays, fully saturating the top (back) of the nuisance animal or until the animal leaves the vicinity. Do not spray product near or around your pet’s face as drift may contact your pet and serious eye damage can result. When treating Bufo Toads: If the toad presses into the ground (does not flee), it may be releasing bufotoxin. Immediately remove your pet from the area; if this is not possible, continue to spray the parotid glands to cover as much bufotoxin as possible. Never spray product near your pet’s face. Note: spraying a Bufo Toad more than 6 times may result in anesthetization; however, even if a Bufo Toad is anesthetized, it can still poison and/or kill your pet. Use a shovel or other tool to relocate anesthetized toads or other animals away from pets and pet areas. If you suspect your pet has been exposed to bufotoxin, bitten, or exposed to any other toxins or chemicals call your veterinarian or animal hospital immediately.

Spot Treatment Use: Apply outdoors in lawns, backyards, around patios, home foundations, landscaping, designated pet areas and other non-hard surfaces to treat suspected or known harborages, nesting areas or boroughs of Bufo Toads, snakes, iguanas, other small reptiles or amphibians. How to Apply: 1) Remove any debris, branches or other items that would interfere with direct spray contact. 2) Spray target area until fully saturated. 3) Reapply every 30 days or as needed.

How to Use Sprayer: 1) Turn the spray nozzle counterclockwise to set the spray pattern to a preferred stream. 2) Squeeze trigger repeatedly to spray. 3) When done set the sprayer to the off position by turning the nozzle clockwise until it stops. 4) Store and carry with the sprayer in the off position to prevent leakage and to maintain product potency.

Before Use: Do not apply this product in a way that will contact people, pets, or other domesticated animals, either directly or through drift. Never spray product near your pet’s face as eye irritation, damage or blindness can result. If product comes in contact with your pet, follow the guidelines in the first aid section. Only spray product pointing towards the ground. Do not spray product pointing upward, above head or in any manner that would put spray or mist at or above eye level as significant injury and/or damage to eye can result. Do not spray or apply product in winds strong enough to move spray. Formula may stain surfaces. If staining is a concern test an inconspicuous area prior to use. This product can make surfaces slippery. When possible avoid application on hard surfaces where people and pets walk, such as pavers or sidewalks. Do not allow people or pets to walk on treated areas until dry.
